We use softwares like CREO 3.0 along with Pdx Extension, Autocad, SolidWorks, 3D Quickpress to design the tools which are manufactured on state of art machines like Vertical Milling Center, CNC Wire Cut, EDM Drilling, Spark Erosion and conventional machines.
We have experienced design engineers and skilled labour for manufacturing and maintaining the tools who have experience over 15 years. Goldy believes investing in upgraded technology generously for faster development of tools thereafter reducing the total development lead time of a component. We maintain high accuracy in tools so as to manufacture precision components even with very tight tolerances. |
